OFFICIAL RULES - Zap2it's "Build a Better Society" Sweepstakes

1. TO ENTER: You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM, Pacific Time on September 13, 2007 and ends at 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on September 19, 2007. To enter on the Internet, go to www.Zap2it.com, click on the link for the sweepstakes and fill out the registration form completely. To enter by mail, send a 3"x 5" card with your full name, address and daytime phone number and e-mail address to: Zap2it's "Build a Better Society" Sweepstakes, 3340 Ocean Park Blvd., Suite 1060, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Only one entry per household, regardless of the method of entry. One entry per email address and computer. Subsequent entries from a single computer will delete earlier entries from that computer. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, on September 19, 2007. Entrants must use their own name. Copies or other mechanical reproductions, facsimiles, entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing attached files, mail entries stamped with a private postage meter, and entries which do not comply with these rules are not eligible and will be rejected. Entries become the property of Tribune Media Services and will not be returned. Tribune Media Services is not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, postage due or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.

2. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner will receive four (4) round-trip, non-refundable coach airline tickets for travel by Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests between the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's U.S. residence (except for Alaska and Hawaii residents) and Orlando, FL; single room/double occupancy hotel accommodations in Orlando, FL for four (4) people (Grand Prize Winner and Guests) for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Tribune Media Services; and four (4) one-day passes to DisneyWorld. NOTE: For Alaska residents, travel must originate from and end at Seattle, WA, and for Hawaii residents, travel must originate from and end at Los Angeles, CA. The airline tickets and hotel accommodations may only be used in connection with travel to Orlando, FL to visit DisneyWorld. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize Package is $4,000. Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Air transportation will be provided only if Grand Prize winner does not reside within 100 miles of Orlando, FL. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must take air travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize Trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. Thirty (30) day advance booking and Saturday night stay may be required. Travel must be completed by September 19, 2008. If travel is not completed by September 19, 2008, Grand Prize will be deemed forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all expenses not expressly specified herein, including but not limited to, transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's U.S. residence and the nearest major airport (or, if Grand Prize Winner is an Alaskan or Hawaiian resident, transportation between his/her residence and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the Los Angeles International Airport, respectively), valet, tips, telephone, meals, entertainment, and ground transportation while in Orlando. Grand Prize must be claimed by 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on October 19, 2007. Any prize unclaimed as of the deadline will be awarded to another entrant selected in the same manner as the winner of the unclaimed prize. All prizes listed above are subject to certain restrictions and qualification of the Sweepstakes Prize Provider (AirGorilla LLC) and Sweepstakes Sponsor. Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Sweepstakes Prize Provider's and Sweepstakes Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Additional restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. One prize per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Tribune Media Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

3. WINNERS: Winners will be selected by random drawing from among eligible entries received on September 26, 2007. Winners will be notified by e-mail (at the e-mail address provided on the entry form) or by telephone on or after October 3, 2007. A voice-mail message left for the winner constitutes notice by telephone. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Entrants agree Tribune Media Services has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that Tribune Media Services' decision is final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Tribune Media Services, or its affiliates, without additional compensation. By entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless CBS Broadcasting Inc. ("CBS"), AirGorilla LLC ("Sweepstakes Prize Provider") and Tribune Media Services, their respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, claims arising out of the selection of winners, the distribution of prizes, and/or the misuse of Winner's prize. Tribune Media Services is not responsible for personal injury of any Winner or Guest incurred in connection with the use of their prize or participating in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities. No Sweepstakes Prize Provider is responsible for personal injury of any Winner or Guest incurred in connection with the use of their prize or participating in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him or her to be a minor, he or she will be required to provide his/her parent's or legal guardian's release of liability and agreement to indemnify and hold harmless CBS, Sweepstakes Prize Provider and Tribune Media Services and Sweepstakes Prize Provider and their respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, and/or the misuse of the Grand Prize. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize. 4. GUESTS: Guests may be required to execute and agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless CBS, Sweepstakes Prize Provider and Tribune Media Services, their respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to their participation as Guests on the Trip. Prior to going on the Trip, Guests may be required to execute affidavits that they are not deemed to be minors by the jurisdiction in which they reside. If Guests are determined to be minors, they will be required to provide their parents' or legal guardian's release of liability and agreement to hold harmless CBS, Sweepstakes Prize Provider and Tribune Media Services, their respective parent companies and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to their participation as Guests on the Trip.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is not open to employees of CBS Broadcasting Inc., AirGorilla LLC, Tribune Media Services, their promotional partner(s) or their immediate family, or to employees or immediate family of any of their affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tribune Media Services, c/o Zap2it.com, 3340 Ocean Park Blvd., Suite 1060, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Void where prohibited or restricted.

6. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Tribune Media Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. Information submitted in Internet entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc. may be used by Tribune Media Services for marketing or promotional services. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Illinois law, excluding choice of law provisions.

7. PRIVACY: By opting-in to a specific offer from CBS Broadcasting Inc. your personal information will be subject to CBS Broadcasting Inc.'s privacy policy and terms of service and you agree to receive additional e-mail communication from such company. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Zap2it's privacy policy located at http://www.zap2it.com/services/site/zap-privacy-policy,0,7712844.story, Tribune Media Services will not share with its affiliates or third parties your personal information you provide in connection with this Sweepstakes, unless you provide such information to Tribune Media Services independent of this Sweepstakes.
